After serving the Big Island community for over 12 years, the workload has grown beyond what we even thought would be possible. While we are so humbled and grateful for the support and business throughout the years, we have come to the realization that we are unable to schedule new customers at this time without compromising our existing customer relationships.

We can take your name, contact information, and vehicle information to place you on the current waitlist should an opening become available. Requests for estimates and/or consultations regarding vehicles that are not currently in our system are unable to be fulfilled at this time due to the current workload as well as the volatility in parts, freight and operation costs.

    Please fill out the form below to schedule an appointment or request an estimate for repair. For more accuracy and efficiency, please provide as much information as possible. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours of submitting your request, please contact us directly.​​​
    This is a 17-digit alphanumeric serial number that can be found on your vehicle registration certificate, insurance cards, or inside the driver's door jamb.
    The trim level of your vehicle may be a badge or added package when purchased (sometimes a name like Eddie Bauer, John Cooper, Sport, King Ranch, etc)
    Is your vehicle altered from factory? Lifted? Lowered? Modified to your knowledge? Please Explain Briefly. This helps us in generating accurate estimates and/or preparing for your appointment.
    What are the best times to call you? Do you have a receptionist you would like us to leave a message with? Do you have bad phone reception at times?
    Please provide the general reason for scheduling an appointment.
    Please give us a detailed description of each of your concerns. Such as noises, vibrations, smells, warning lights, leaks, etc. Include occurrences and as much detail as possible. This will aid us in the level of precision in your estimate and/or appointment.
